Same belief_revise tool, two operations:
A expands the graph with a new belief, auto-detecting
contradictions via belief_contradictions;
B revises an existing belief, superseding the old fact
with confidence propagation through the dependency chain. No
competitor has this — AGM-rational belief maintenance built
into the memory layer.
