A/B: Graph Mutation — Building Relationships vs Pruning Stale Knowledge

Two mutation workflows: A uses store_edge and manage_edge to build new relationships between existing nodes; B uses delete_node and manage_edge to prune stale knowledge, update edge weights after co-activation, and remove contradicted edges. Together they show the full graph maintenance lifecycle.
